Abstract: 
Technology Transfer Office (“TTO”) has prepared some agreement templates to facilitate the smooth running of research activities at HKU. In this seminar, the speakers will talk about frequently used templates at HKU including collaboration agreement for Chinese research funding application, Material Transfer Agreement (“MTA”) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”). 

When researchers apply for Chinese research funding, a collaboration agreement is required to be signed with the collaborator in PRC. In this seminar, the speaker will discuss some common issues in relation to the collaboration agreement for Chinese research funding application so as to facilitate the smooth preparation of Chinese research funding application. 

MTA and NDA are also frequently used by HKU’s staff. In this seminar, the speaker will identify some common issues in the NDA and MTA templates which the researchers and administrative staff should pay attention to so as to expedite the review process.
