25 Feb 2015
Back to NewsThe internship information session held on January 28, 2015 was kicked off by a speech from Mr. Theodore Ma, the co-founder of CoCoon about “Entrepreneurship is a Life Skill’. He mentioned that entrepreneurship is not just for people who are interested in Start-up Company, but also for everyone who want to succeed. His colleagues thereafter introduced to the audience more about CoCoon and the opportunities to work with different types of start-up companies as internship for a period of 8 weeks. The internship at start-up companies can allow students to learn from most innovative entrepreneurs in Hong Kong.
Two video streams from the participating startups were also shown in the information session. Over 40 students from the faculties of business and economics, social sciences and engineering had a chance to share with the staff from CoCoon and colleagues from Centre of Development and Resources for Students (“Cedars”) about internship after the seminar.
Let’s start exploring the entrepreneurship world.
After the internship day, 7 students had successfully picked up their internship with innovative startup companies through the CoCoon STEP@HKU. Don’t miss the chance of becoming one of the interns; stay tuned for the coming Career Day in April.
