Colistin was used as “last hope” treatment against Gram-negative bacterial infection. However, rapid global resistance towards colistin has emerged. Therefore, there is an urgent need for colistin resistance treatment.

• Gold or silver compounds will work as the mobile colistin resistant proteins inhibitor
• Antibiotics can then enter bacteria with the assistant of such inhibitor (Figure 1)
